1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Visible Chain application ("App") or the website at https://VisibleChain.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or the website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Visible Chain Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the Visible Chain platform and related services.

2. Service Description

Visible Chain is a coordination platform that connects street vendors with customers in India. The App enables:

• Vendors to share their live location, schedules, and product or service information with nearby customers.
• Customers to discover, track, and coordinate with street vendors in their locality.

Visible Chain is a technology platform only. We do not employ, control, or supervise any vendor. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any goods or services offered by vendors through the App.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by verifying your phone number through a one-time password (OTP) sent via SMS.

• You must provide a valid Indian mobile phone number for registration.
• Only one account is permitted per phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and current.

4. Coin Economy

Visible Chain uses a virtual currency system ("Coins") that vendors may purchase to access premium features within the App.

4.2 Feature Costs

• Scheduling visibility per locality: 10 Coins
• Live broadcast per hour: 20 Coins

4.3 Coin Terms

• Coins are a virtual currency with no real-world monetary value outside the App.
• Coins are non-refundable once purchased.
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts.
• Coins may only be purchased through the in-app payment system via authorized payment processors (Razorpay, PayU).
• All unused Coins are forfeited upon account deletion.
• The Company reserves the right to modify Coin pricing, package sizes, and feature costs at any time with reasonable notice to users.

5. User-Generated Content Policy

Users may post content on the App, including but not limited to reviews, ratings, product descriptions, profile information, and images ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you agree to the following:

5.1 Prohibited Content

You must not post, upload, or share content that:

• Contains hate speech, promotes discrimination, or targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Constitutes harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any person.
• Is illegal, promotes illegal activities, or violates any applicable law or regulation in India.
• Is spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material unrelated to the platform's purpose.
• Contains misleading or false information, including fake reviews or fraudulent product descriptions.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.
• Contains sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic material.
• Includes personal or private information of another person without their consent.

5.2 Content Moderation

The Company reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

5.3 Content License

By posting User Content on the App, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform such content in connection with operating and providing the Visible Chain service. This license continues even if you stop using the App, to the extent your content has been shared with or relied upon by other users.

6. Vendor Obligations

If you use the App as a vendor, you agree to:

• Share your location accurately and only when you are actively offering goods or services.
• Provide honest and accurate descriptions of the products or services you offer.
• Maintain respectful and professional conduct toward customers and other users of the platform.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and central laws and regulations governing your trade, including licensing, food safety, and hygiene requirements where applicable.
• Not use the platform to sell prohibited, illegal, or regulated goods without required permits.

7. Customer Obligations

If you use the App as a customer, you agree to:

• Treat vendors with respect and courtesy in all interactions.
• Provide honest and fair reviews and ratings based on genuine experiences.
• Not misuse vendor location data for any purpose other than coordinating with the vendor for the purchase of their goods or services.
• Not stalk, harass, or engage in any threatening behavior toward vendors using location information obtained through the App.
• Not share vendor location data with third parties for unauthorized purposes.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Fraud: Creating fake accounts, posting fraudulent reviews, or engaging in any form of deception on the platform.
• Data scraping: Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any other means to extract data from the App or its systems.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise derive the source code of the App.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, vendor, or entity, or falsely representing an affiliation with any person or entity.
• Service interference: Attempting to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the proper functioning of the App, its servers, or networks connected to the service.
• Unauthorized access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, other user accounts, or related systems or networks.
• Commercial misuse: Using the App for any purpose other than its intended use as a vendor-customer coordination platform.

9. Intellectual Property

The Visible Chain name, logo, brand identity, App design, source code, features, graphics, and all related content are the exclusive property of Visible Chain Technologies Private Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws of India.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, unless applicable law gives you the right to do so.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used in the App are the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Visible Chain service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• We do not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or legality of any vendor's goods or services.
• We do not guarantee that vendors will be present at their indicated locations.
• We are not responsible for any transactions, interactions, or disputes between vendors and customers.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Visible Chain Technologies Private Limited for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days following written notice of the dispute.

12. Google Play Terms

If you access or download the App through Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service, the Google Play Terms of Service shall prevail with respect to your use of Google Play.

You acknowledge that Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

13. Termination

Termination by the Company: We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that may harm the Company, other users, or third parties.

Termination by User: You may delete your account at any time through Open the Visible Chain app > Go to Settings > Tap Account > Tap Delete Account > Confirm deletion or by contacting us at delete@VisibleChain.com. Account deletion will be processed within 30 days.

Upon termination or deletion of your account:

• All unused Coins in your account will be forfeited.
• Your right to use the App will cease immediately.
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you through the App or via other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the App after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
