How to Delete Your Account

Visible Chain respects your right to delete your account and associated data. You can request permanent deletion of your account using either of the methods described below.

Option 1: Delete Through the App

Open the Visible Chain app
Go to Settings
Tap Account
Tap Delete Account
Confirm deletion

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

Send an email to delete@VisibleChain.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Please include the following in your email:

Your registered phone number
Reason for deletion (optional)

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

Profile information
Phone number
Vendor/customer preferences
Transaction history
Ratings and reviews you submitted
Coin balance (forfeited)

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained to comply with legal obligations:

Transaction records (as required by Indian financial regulations)
Security logs (retained for 365 days per DPDP Rules 2025)
Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Note: Once deletion is processed, it cannot be reversed. Any remaining coin balance will be forfeited.
